No. AMPLIFII is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership program - a flat monthly fee for access to covered services at trusted partnered providers. It is not a substitute for catastrophic insurance, but it can dramatically reduce your day-to-day healthcare costs.
All plans include unlimited primary care, behavioral health consultations and screenings, preventive and wellness care, urgent care, chronic condition management, nutrition counseling, and care coordination. Premium adds onsite pharmacy. Comprehensive adds adult immunizations.
Yes. Add a spouse and as many children as you need - child plans are $25/mo each with no household cap.
We accept credit card, debit card, and bank account via Stripe. Members who pre-pay for 3, 6, or 12 months receive a discounted monthly rate. Contact us for current pre-pay pricing.
Memberships are billed in 3-month minimum commitments. To cancel, give us 30 days notice before your next billing period.
Emergency care, specialty labs, and surgical procedures are not included. We recommend pairing AMPLIFII with a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan for major medical events.
